Must be purchased by December 18th to receive first shipment in December. Item will be unavailable for purchase after January 22nd 2017. Payment for subscription box must be made in-full at time of checkout. Customization of the subscription box is not available. Shipments can be made to one address only. Cancellations are not accepted after the first box has been shipped. Purchaser may include one gift message with the first shipment. Subscriptions purchased by December 31st will receive the first box in the first 10 days of January. Subscriptions purchased between January 1st and January 22nd will receive the first box by the end of January. All February and March shipments will be delivered within the first 10 days of each month.
Tracking information will be available as soon as each shipment leaves the Chuao facility –information only available to the purchaser. Includes ground shipping. Expedited shipping will incur an extra fee. Not valid with any other discounts, promotions or offers. No substitutions, rain checks or cash value.
Orders are shipped from San Diego, CA Monday-Thursday. No orders are shipped Friday through Sunday in an effort to protect the integrity of the chocolate and avoid possible heat damage associated with shipments in transit over the weekend. Order can take us to 2 business days to process before they are shipped out.
Shipping is currently available within the 48 Contiguous United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. Please note that shipping charges are per delivery address. All packages will be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service.
Shipping chocolate in hot weather can be tricky. We take extra precautions when the temperature rises above 72 degrees (the temperature chocolate starts to melt) to make sure our chocolate gets to you in the best possible condition.
