Here at chuao, we like to say that our chocolate is crafted with joy. But what does that mean, exactly?
To us, it means that we do our best to cultivate a workplace (literally named the joy factory!) that is as joyful to be a part of as that first, decadent bite into your favorite chocolate bar.
We know that joyful people create joyful products. That’s why we encourage our team to join our group mindfulness sessions or take extra time off to attend a meditation retreat. But we also know that everyone experiences joy in their own way, which is why we asked some of our team members to share what it is that brings them joy in and out of the workplace.

This reminded me of my childhood when my mother would make Mexican hot chocolate. The smells of cinnamon was amazing.

I ordered these for Father's Day and received free shipping. The shipping came very nicely, and the chocolates came in with an ice pack to keep the chocolates cold. I really appreciated that since it's starting to feel like summer and having the chocolates melt would've been a bummer.
