pick up guidelines

pick up your chocolate order from our Joy Factory between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm, monday–thursday or fridays between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm.

orders are ready within 1 business day. once your order is ready, a pick up notification will be emailed that your order is ready.

shipping guidelines

orders are shipped monday - thursday from our joy factory, located in carlsbad, ca 92011

free ground shipping on orders of $59.95 or more. select free ground shipping at checkout.

daily order cut off times

orders placed monday - wednesday after 10 am PST will be processed the next business day*. orders placed thursday after 10 am PST will be shipped out on monday. orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed monday.

*please note that it may take us 1-2 additional business days to process certain orders. we are not responsible for any delivery delays that the carrier might encounter.

father's day shipping deadlines

to receive your order by Friday 6/18 for father's day, please order by 10am PST on:

thursday 6/10 & select UPS ground or free shipping

tuesday 6/15 & select USPS priority mail

wednesday 6/16 & select FedEx 2nd day air

thursday 6/17 & select FedEx or UPS Next day air

lost orders

If a product is lost in transit due to an address error, theft or negligence, we are not able to issue a refund; it is the purchaser's responsibility to request compensation from the shipping carrier. this applies to orders being shipped to a home, business, or third party.

returns, refunds or exchanges
