I ordered online and called to be sure I could pick up a few days later. They made it incredibly easy for both. Great chocolate too!
I loved this bar and thought the sweet/spice balance was perfect. The cinnamon warmed up the dark chocolate flavor beautifully, and the chile/cayenne lingered at the back of the pallete nicely without being too hot.
Note: I do have a fair spice tolerance, so if you think ketchup is spicy, this bar may not be for you. (My husband, whose tolerance is EXTREMELY high, couldn't taste the pepper 😂)
