shipping guidelines

orders are shipped from our joy factory, located in carlsbad ca, monday-thursday.

daily order cut off times

orders placed monday-wednesday after 1 pm pst will be processed the next business day*. orders placed thursday after 1 pm pst will be shipped out on monday. orders placed friday-sunday will be processed monday.

*please note that it may take us an additional business day to process certain orders. We are not responsible for any delivery delays that the carrier might encounter during busy holiday season or due to weather circumstances.

lost orders

if a product is lost in transit due to an address error, theft or negligence, we are not able to issue a refund; it is the purchaser's responsibility to request compensation from the shipping carrier. this applies to orders being shipped to a home, business or third party.
