"The inspiration came from the idea to create a fun popping bar without hot spices (like in our firecracker bar) that is more for children and for the child in you. I realized that the one thing we eat that pops is Popcorn. So, the first challenge was how to put Popcorn in the bar? I discovered that Puffed Amaranth seeds, which are super small, have the same aroma as Popcorn, and this opened the way towards a final recipe that makes you feel that "Popcorn" is popping in your mouth." - chef michael
