“We always said we wouldn’t do a white chocolate bar. But once I tasted this chocolate, I couldn’t stop eating it. I thought that creating a bar with a contrast of 100% cacao nibs and this chocolate would make a nice balance. If you take the ingredients and mix them together, I like to say, you get milk chocolate. But this is one bar where it’s better to leave them separate and enjoy how the contrasts compliment each other.”
