We get it. You’ve tried every chocolate chip cookie recipe there is on Pinterest and still have yet to find the perfect cookie. Luckily, we have it – right here. These cookies are soft and moist with just the right amount of sweetness, thanks to our chocolate bars. The only hard part is waiting long enough for them to cool before eating [all of] them!
Ingredients
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 2 chauo chocolate bars (your choice!)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine light brown sugar and granulated sugar in large mixing bowl
- Add melted butter and stir to combine
- Whisk in egg and vanilla extract
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt and fold to combine
- Chop Chuao Chocolate Bars and fold in
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
Cookies should be golden around sides and soft in the center
