Citrus Crunch: Almond hazelnut praline rolled in sliced, caramelized almonds & pistachios in milk chocolate. A great flavor companion with sherried scotches such as Amrut’s Fusion, The Macallan 12 year old or Glendronach’s Revival. Contains tree nuts, dairy.
Framboise: Raspberry “pate de fruit” and almond hazelnut praline in dark chocolate. Just exquisite with any fruit rich spirit such as Bruichladdich’s 16 year old Chateau Haut Brion matured dram. Contains tree nuts.
Honey Truffle: Dark chocolate ganache sweetened with honey and rolled in confectioner's sugar. Highlights the citrus freshness of Glenkinchie 12 year old or Halzeburn 8 year old. Contains dairy, honey, alcohol.
Mocha: A rich coffee buttercream inside a dark chocolate, coffee bean shaped bonbon. Indulgent pairing that brings out the roasted coffee notes in expressions such as Glenmorangie’s Signet or Bunnahabhain 12 year old. Contains dairy, alcohol.
Nut & Honeylicious: Almond hazelnut praline with a touch of honey and milk chocolate. Compliments the sweet nuttiness of Highland malts such as Dalwhinnie 15 year old and Glenmorangie’s Nectar D’or. Contains dairy, tree nuts, honey.

Sweet Passion: Exotic passion fruit cooked into soft caramel in a milk chocolate bonbon shell. Accentuates the famous smokiness of Islay whiskies such as Ardbeg’s Uigeadail or Bruichladdich’s 2001 Resurrection dram. Contains dairy.

Orders are shipped from San Diego, CA Monday-Thursday. No orders are shipped Friday through Sunday in an effort to protect the integrity of the chocolate and avoid possible heat damage associated with shipments in transit over the weekend.
Shipping is currently available solely in the 48 Contiguous United States. Please note that shipping charges are per delivery address. All packages will be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service.
Shipping chocolate in hot weather can be tricky. We take extra precautions when the temperature rises above 72 degrees (the temperature chocolate starts to melt) to make sure our chocolate gets to you in the best possible condition.
Ground Shipping may not be an available shipping option: Our team diligently tracks weather patterns across the U.S. If the route to your location crosses a warm area, we remove Ground as a shipping option to ensure your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition.
Ship to a Business Address: We ship with ice packs and insulated bags to help make sure your chocolate arrives just the way it should. However, even with ice packs, your chocolate may melt if left out in the hot sun. We highly recommend shipping to a business address instead of residential so that your chocolate can be brought inside quickly. We are not responsible for melted chocolate if the package has been left outside.
We may need to upgrade your shipping: Sometimes, your shipping may need to be upgraded to expedited or overnight shipping due to hot weather. In these cases, we will always call and confirm if this is ok with you. Increased shipping charges may apply.
Saturday delivery is only available via USPS.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for chocolate purchased at the Chuao Chocolatier Joy Factory boutique or on chuaochocolatier.com. To request a return, please send proof of purchase, along with the reason for your return, to [email protected]. Purchases from retail partners must be returned directly to them.
