Caramel Apple Crush Caramel Popcorn

Airy and light, sticky and sweet, caramel popcorn is the ultimate party snack. We decided to take this party snack up a notch with our tart, creamy Caramel Apple Crush chocolate bar! The hint of green apple playing with the caramel creates the perfect balance on your palate, and the popcorn is the perfect vessel to carry these flavors all the way home. We love adding an extra drizzle of caramel on top so that we get the added sticky sweetness!

  • 10 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 1 cup packed golden brown sugar
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup butter, cubed
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 3 Caramel Apple Crush bars separated into squares
  • ½ cup of your favorite caramel sauce
  • Cooking Spray


  1. Preheat oven to 250°F and grease a large bowl and a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Place popcorn in the large bowl and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove mixture from heat; stir in baking soda (mixture will bubble) and pour over the popcorn.
  4. Quickly stir popcorn and get caramel sauce over each piece, then transfer to the baking sheet. Spread popcorn out as much as you can.
  5. Bake approximately 1 hour, or until caramel has hardened and dried on the popcorn, stirring the popcorn every 15 minutes.
  6. Remove popcorn from oven and let set for about 5-10 minutes; stir the popcorn to break up the pieces. Add Caramel Apple Crush squares and mix with popcorn.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over popcorn and chocolate.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container and keep for up to 3 days.
