this bar was inspired by an april fool’s day joke that we posted on our social media saying we were launching a "24 carrot gold bar." in an unexpected twist, our audience thought we were launching a carrot cake bar and went crazy for it, so we decided to give them what they wanted! this bar was so popular with fans and critics, it even won a 2022 sofi award.

I’m a huge fan of carrot cake and white chocolate so when I saw this candy bar at a local store, I had to try it. Let me say, the flavor is spot on. It tastes exactly like carrot cake…maybe even better! I took the candy bar home to share with my husband. Unfortunately for him, he didn’t get to try it because I ate the whole bar in one sitting. Whoops :) I can’t wait to try other flavors! Thanks Chuao for making such fun and unique chocolate bar flavors 💕

Perfect with hot tea!

I really love the spice flavor in this bar. Goes amazingly with a cup of hot tea on a cold winter day. Wish it wasn’t so expensive, but I wouldn’t want ingredients/quality to be sacrificed for cost.
