I bought several boxes of Chuao chocolates this year, most of which were sent as gifts to friends and relatives. Yet I could not find a mechanism on the order page to include a gift message and the to/from names. Fortunately, when I emailed Chuao with my preferred message, they replied next business day with confirmation that the gift message I had requested was going out with the different items. Still, I hope in the future they will add a gift message option.
