Craft Beer Pairing

San Diego, where we craft our chocolate, is known as a craft beer mecca. Lucky for us, the two go together like cheese and crackers.... Which, coincidentally, also go well with beer. These pairings have been hand selected by Chef Michael and our friends at Stone Brewing Company. Cheers!

Craft Beer Pairing Bonbon Collection flavor profile:

Firecracker Truffle: Chipotle caramel fudge, sea salt and popping candy in dark chocolate. Contains dairy.

Baconluxious Caramel: Maple caramel with crunchy bacon and bonfire smoked sea salt in milk chocolate. Contains dairy.

Salted Chocolate Crunch: Toasted panko breadcrumbs, olive oil dark chocolate ganache and a sprinkle of sea salt. (Formerly known as Pan Con Chocolate.) Contains dairy, wheat.

Smoky Macadamia: Macadamia nut praline spiced with smoky chipotle in dark chocolate. Formerly known as Candela. Contains tree nuts.

About the beer: Arrogant Bastard Ale has a nice deep malt sweetness balanced by a good kick of hop bitterness on the finish.


Includes (1) 16 piece bonbon collection and (1) 22 oz. bottle of Stone Brewing Co.'s Arrogant Bastard Ale. ABV: 7.2%.

Crafted with ethically sourced cacao, gluten free ingredients and free of artificial preservatives, sweeteners, colors, flavors and hydrogenated fats. Manufactured in a facility that uses milk, soy, tree nuts and wheat on shared equipment.
